Bianca Nepales, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Lionsgate, a position held since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Teach For America, where Bianca held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Collective Leadership and Engagement, and Senior Director of Impact in Schools, significantly advancing professional development for novice teachers across 31 schools. Additionally, Bianca was a co-chair for the Asian American Pacific Islander Corps Member Summit, promoting leadership growth for AAPI teachers. Teaching experience includes a Lectureship at Loyola Marymount University, where courses on special education were developed and delivered. Bianca also contributed as a Learning Differences Fellow with Teach For All, focusing on equitable education for students with learning differences. Bianca's educational background includes a Master's degree in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
