Christo Iliev has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having founded AG Capital in 1993 and serving as its Executive Chairman. AG Capital is a prominent real estate group in Southeast Europe with significant assets under management and strategic partnerships with international leaders. In 2018, they also founded Lion's Head, a premier investor and asset manager focusing on commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, Iliev serves as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Mauritius in Bulgaria since 2013.

Christo Iliev has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Christo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Management of the Industry from the University of Economics - Varna in 1995. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the same institution, which they completed in 1997.

In 2009, Christo Iliev attended Harvard Business School and obtained a certificate in OPM 41, where they focused on enhancing their business skills and knowledge. Following this, in 2011, their educational journey led him to the London Business School, where they engaged in a program called YPO-WPO: Growing your business, further expanding their expertise.

Wanting to deepen their understanding in the field of real estate, Christo Iliev joined the Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2018. Here, they immersed himself in studying Real Estate Management: Finance, Design, and Leadership, acquiring valuable insights and expertise.

To remain up-to-date with the advancements and future trends in various industries, they attended SingularityU Nordic in 2019, where they engaged in the program "Future of Construction."

Currently, Christo Iliev is enrolled in the YPO Harvard Real Estate Program 2022 at the Harvard Business School Executive Education. This program is specifically designed to enhance knowledge and competence in the real estate industry.
