Arun Upadhyay is the founder of AntGen, a company they established in 2023. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of LionOBytes since 2015, where they developed a cloud and mobile-based CRM solution called LionO360. Arun has also held the position of member at Forbes Technology Council since 2019. In 2013, they founded NexGen Communication Inc., a wireless telecommunications Master Agent. Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Arun worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Senior Technology Manager from 1999 to 2013, where they were responsible for application integration services and managing a team of engineers.

Arun Upadhyay received a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Marathwada University, Nilanga, Maharashtra, India in 1995. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
