Gavin Wells is an experienced professional currently serving as the FX Transformation Lead at LSEG FX and an Accredited Senior Practitioner at EMCC Global. In addition, Gavin holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at LionFish Litigation Finance Limited and has been Treasurer and Secretary at The Recovery Course since November 2021. As the Director of Accipitrine Coaching since April 2009, Gavin has also contributed to FX cross product strategy at 360 Trading Networks until December 2023 and served as a Committee Member at ACI UK until October 2023. Previously, Gavin was the Chairperson of Action Breaks Silence and Head of Europe at Digital Asset Holdings. Gavin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, alongside a Level 7 Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Financial Times Non Executive Director Diploma program.
