Stephanie Crump has a solid work experience in the education field. Stephanie started their career at Cuckoo hall academy in 2013, where they served as a Class teacher and Science coordinator until 2015. In 2015, they moved to Scargill junior primary school as a Science coordinator, staying there for a year. Since 2016, Stephanie has been working at Lion Academy Trust, starting as a KS2 phase leader and then progressively moving up to Assistant Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, and currently, Head of School.
Stephanie Crump has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Goldsmiths, University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2010, they continued their educational journey by enrolling at the University of East London in 2012. During their time there, they obtained a postgraduate degree in PGCE with inclusion, which they completed in 2013. Stephanie further expanded their expertise in the field of education by pursuing a National Award for Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) at the University of East London in 2019. Stephanie'sfocus of study in this program was Special Education and Teaching.
