As a Program Manager, Mr. Brown is responsible for over five hundred contracting employees in over twenty locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. He directs an experienced team of senior leaders who manage programs focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and other federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Brown is a decorated retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and former tier 1 special mission unit team member. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is Program Management Professional, PMP certified.
