Ben Stehle has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Ben is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Linus Health, a digital health company focused on improving brain health outcomes. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Takeoff Technologies, an e-Grocery startup, and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations at Circulation, a healthcare transportation platform. Ben also held roles as a Lead Recruiter and Senior Account Manager at CyberCoders, an executive recruiter at CyberCoders, and as a Team Manager of Talent Acquisition at CVS Caremark Corporation. Ben started their career as a Lead Recruiter and later as a Recruiter at Seven Step RPO.

Ben Stehle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Wheaton College Massachusetts from 2006 to 2010.
