Michelle Elks has a diverse background in account management and client success within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and previously as a Client Success Manager and Support - Implementation Specialist (ERP) at LINQ since March 2018, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in fostering client relationships and ensuring successful project implementations. Prior to LINQ, Michelle held multiple positions, including Solutions Manager at Verizon from January 2008 to March 2018. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
