Katy Taylor Hoyng, MS, RDN, LD, SNS, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Documentation and eLearning Services at LINQ, a position held since February 2019. Throughout their tenure at LINQ, Katy has taken on various roles, including Digital Learning Program Manager and Nutrition Training Manager. Prior to this, Katy was the Director of School Nutrition and School Nutrition Dietitian at Ector County ISD from December 2012 to February 2019. Katy began their career as the Nutrition Coordinator at Ranch 2300 and gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, focusing on eating disorder and obesity prevention programs for children. Katy holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Tech University, a Dietetic Internship from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Restaurant, Hotel, & Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
