Prior to that, Dr. Tilman held various management positions at companies like Komax, Tecan, ABB Semiconductors, Oerlikon, and Opto Speed Zürich AG. Dr. Hoss has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Basel and an Executive MBA from IMD. Dr. Tilman has a strong background in project management, business development, market innovation, and leading international teams across different industries.
