Mark Tregar is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at LinkVisum Consulting Group since July 2023, Mark is responsible for developing competency models and executing complex human capital strategies. Previously, Mark spent over a decade at IBM, where significant contributions included leading HR transformation initiatives and developing key performance indicators for large Federal agencies. Mark's early career involved roles at Deloitte Consulting, Center for Naval Analyses, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, focusing on workforce planning, competency modeling, and organizational assessments. Mark holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
