Joyce D'Souza is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in account management and client relations. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at Links Insurance Brokers LLC since July 2021, Joyce previously held the position of Senior Client Relationship Manager at Marsh Insurance Brokerage & Consultancy from January 2014 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Manager - Corporate at Al Futtaim Willis Company LLC from April 2005 to December 2013, and as Executive Secretary to the Managing Director at Lornamead Group from December 1998 to March 2005. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Patkars College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from St. Joseph's College, Bajpe. Education was completed with a Secondary School Certificate from St. Paul's High School, Balkunje.
