Joseph De la Nuez

IT Support Engineer at LinkLive

Joseph De la Nuez started their work experience as an Umpire at WPPO from September 2012 to June 2015. Joseph maintained punctual and efficient games and assisted new umpires with training and learning specific rules and regulations for baseball.

Following that, Joseph worked as a Server at Benihana from September 2015 to September 2020. Joseph effectively listened to, understood, and clarified guests' concerns and issues. Joseph also worked with the POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items. Additionally, they served over 90 guests while supporting fellow servers and wait staff.

From January 2021 to present, Joseph worked as a Server and Bartender at The Cheesecake Factory. Their responsibilities included memorizing and effectively preparing over 75 cocktail recipes and drink variations, learning 300+ menu items, and presenting them accurately to guests' needs. Joseph also cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.

Currently, Joseph is working as an IT Support Engineer at LinkLive since May 2022. Their tasks include creating support service tickets and using web-based ticketing systems to track and deliver support services. Joseph has installed, serviced, and upgraded over 300 Windows and Mac computers. Additionally, they provide PC and mobile support to resolve client issues.

Joseph De la Nuez obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Florida International University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020.
