Julia Baraniecka's work experience starts in 2017, where they worked as a student intern at Genderka Sp z o.o., conducting research on the mechanical properties of polystyrene for their Engineering Thesis. In 2018, they interned as a student at Grupa Azoty S.A., focusing on their Master Thesis in the polymer sector, specifically creating their own polyamide 6 with carbon additives. Later in 2018, Julia joined Link Group as a Junior IT Recruitment Consultant, before moving up to the role of IT Recruitment Consultant in 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior IT Recruitment Consultant and IT Account Manager, and in 2021, they became an IT Account Manager and Team Coordinator. Currently, Julia works as an IT Recruitment Team Leader at Link Group, where they expand the network of IT specialists for over 100 clients worldwide.

Julia Baraniecka completed their Master of Science in Technologia Chemiczna at AGH University of Krakow from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing their education in Computer Science at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu from 2020 to 2024.
