Vandana Singh is an experienced professional in customer success and human resources with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and client management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for LinkedIn Sales Solutions in India since March 2013, Vandana has previously held roles including Lead Customer Success Manager for Global Accounts and Senior Customer Success Manager for both LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions. Prior to LinkedIn, Vandana worked at ABC Consultants as a Senior Executive in Corporate HR, focusing on talent acquisition and brand image enhancement. Vandana began the career as a Consultant at Adeptability Services, managing the complete hiring cycle for various levels and directing client interactions. Educational qualifications include an HR & Marketing degree from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University.
