Ivan Penas Romero has extensive experience in customer success leadership across multiple regions, currently serving as the Head Customer Success for APAC at LinkedIn Sales Solutions since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ivan held various managerial positions at LinkedIn for the EMEA and LATAM regions. Previous experience includes managing the Customer Success Team for EMEA at HubSpot and leading the Global Entitlement Service Team at Symantec, where roles ranged from Senior Business Development Manager to Partner Operations Manager. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
