Brenna Spencer has held various roles in the past seven years. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Crew Trainer and Crew Member at McDonald's. In 2015, they held two positions at the University of Houston: Chief of Staff for Frontier Fiesta and Assistant Director of Development for Frontier Fiesta. In 2016, they were an Advertising Intern at Summerhill Pools. In 2018, they were a Corporate Safety/Marketing Intern at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western. In 2019, they held three positions: Digital Media Coordinator at Link Right Media, Inc., Social Media Manager at Summerhill Pools, Inc., and Leasing Consultant at Pinnacle.

Brenna Spencer attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2017 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Advertising. Brenna also attended University of Houston from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Advertising.
