Tara Townsley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tara currently holds the position of Chief Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Link Logistics Real Estate. Before that, Tara worked at Coty, where they held the roles of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy and Global Director of Talent Management. Tara also gained valuable experience at PepsiCo, where they served as a Senior Manager for Global Talent in Design & eCommerce, Manager of University Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition Operations. Tara's early career was spent at Jenny Han LLC as the Global Director of Product Design.

Tara Townsley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Design from Kansas State University from the year 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they pursued further education in Design at the American InterContinental University- London, UK. The duration and specific degree obtained from the latter institution are not provided.
