Leslie Gregg has a diverse range of work experience. Leslie is currently working at Link Logistics as a Sr. Manager Talent Management. Prior to this, they worked at Kemper Insurance as a Talent Management Senior Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of talent development programs. While at Kemper, Leslie successfully designed and implemented a leadership talent review and integrated succession plan.

Before Kemper, Leslie worked at Infinity Insurance as a Training and Communications Supervisor and Specialist, where they focused on training and communication initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Target in various roles, including Human Resources District Resource and Human Resources Executive Team Leader. At Target, Leslie provided a range of HR services and made positive contributions to business performance by taking ownership of key HR functions and establishing a high-performing talent recruitment pipeline.

In addition to their work experience, Leslie also worked as an Executive Intern at Target in both 2012 and 2013.

Leslie Gregg attended Mississippi State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics. Additionally, Leslie has obtained certifications including Leadership Architect Certification from Korn Ferry, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Targeted Selection Interviewer Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
