Deleon Thomas, OTR/L, is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at LINK Home Therapy since June 2022. Prior to this role, Deleon held an Occupational Therapist position at Encore Rehabilitation for a short duration in 2022 and served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Catholic Health from June 2016 to June 2021. Additionally, Deleon completed Level II Fieldwork at Aurora Adult Day Services and Absolut Care LLC in 2020. Deleon obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from D'Youville University, completing the program between 2016 and 2021.
