Ahmed Farouk has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ahmed started their career in 2011 with an internship program at Dreem Mashreq Foods, where they worked on a database project. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Web Developer at Media & More.

From 2014 to 2015, Ahmed worked as an Account Manager at Guide System Integrator, selling customized ERP solutions and building customer relationships. Ahmed then joined Orange in 2015 as a Sales Supervisor, selling leased line connectivity, hosting solutions, and IP telephony to large accounts.

In 2017, Ahmed joined APPTCOM as a Product Owner, where they worked on developing an innovative reading platform called KIDSTAR using augmented reality technology. Ahmed conducted market research, aligned the product roadmap with business objectives, and secured a grant from the Ministry of Communication and Telecommunications. Ahmed also served as a Senior Account Manager at APPTCOM, managing multiple accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

In 2023, Ahmed worked as a Sr. Supervisor at Orange Egypt, focusing on the fixed and ICT enterprise line of business. Currently, they are working as a Senior Account Manager at Link Development, where they oversee account management responsibilities.

Ahmed Farouk has a diverse education history. Ahmed attended the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Sidi Gaber Language School and completed their Thanaweya Amma degree.

In terms of certifications, Ahmed Farouk has obtained several certifications from Coursera. In January 2021, they completed courses in Data Analytics Essentials, Excel Essentials for Data Analytics, and Introduction to Data Analytics. In February 2021, they also completed courses in Data Visualization & Dashboard Essentials and Python for Data Science and AI.
