Leigh Bowser has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. At Muni-Link, Leigh has been instrumental in analyzing and solving escalated support issues, as well as leading team conversions to the billing software solution. Prior to Muni-Link, Leigh worked at Link Computer Corporation where they excelled as a Customer Support Coordinator, focusing on staff development and customer satisfaction. With a background in sales and customer service at Lumax Lighting and Blair America Inc, Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge in operations management, customer analysis, and contract negotiations. Leigh holds a Diploma from Hollidaysburg High School and has continued their education at Juniata College.
