Katarzyna Kulik currently serves as Head of Financial Controlling at LINK sp. z o.o., responsible for budgets, P&L, cash flow forecasts, KPI reporting, and Power BI implementation, while managing a team of controllers. Previously, Katarzyna held the position of Chief Accountant, overseeing SAP S/4 HANA and IFRS implementations, optimizing accounting tasks, and managing a team of accountants. Prior roles include Deputy Chief Accountant at MDDP Outsourcing, where Katarzyna managed client accounts and optimized accounting processes, and a trainee auditor at ALP Group Sp. z o.o. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as certifications as a Chartered Auditor and ACCA member.
