Wojciech Sroka has a diverse work experience in the technology and finance industries. Wojciech co-founded ICEO - Venture Builder in 2010, serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At ICEO, they focused on building future-ready companies with specialization in FinTech, Big Data, and Web 3.0. In 2013, they became the Chief Product Officer at BitBay, one of the largest trading and exchange platforms for cryptocurrencies in Europe. During their tenure, BitBay processed hundreds of thousands of operations per second across over 120 markets.

In 2014, Sroka co-founded SalesBee, a marketing automation tool for e-commerce. Wojciech'srole as a Product Owner involved tracking and analyzing user behavior, adjusting communication in real time, and automatically increasing sales. Wojciech also co-founded Mondeos in 2011, an online advertising service platform that connected advertisers with publishers.

In addition to their entrepreneurship roles, Sroka has worked with other companies in various capacities. Wojciech served as a Product Owner and Project Manager at Polska Kompania Reklamowa from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on optimizing activities to increase efficiency.

Sroka's experience also includes roles as a Product Owner at LINK4, a payment service provider, and Documento, a document automation system. Wojciech was responsible for developing and managing these platforms to provide convenient payment solutions and efficient document management.

From 2016 to 2018, Sroka served as the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of BitBay Pay, a licensed payment service provider that supported cryptocurrency transactions. Wojciech oversaw the development of their flagship product, a payment gateway that allowed accepting payments in cryptocurrencies and converting them to fiat currencies.

Most recently, in 2021, Sroka co-founded Norion, an innovation lab focused on building cutting-edge, complex token ecosystems. Their mission is to support entrepreneurs in the world of Web3, DeFi, and Metaverse by providing support and tools at every stage of the process.

Wojciech Sroka completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at Technikum Łączności nr 14 in Krakow, where they obtained a degree as an IT specialist with a focus on information management. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
