Lara Statham is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in language training, mindfulness education, and academic instruction. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Studies and a Senior Trainer at Linguarama, Lara has also been accredited by Breathworks to teach mindfulness courses since July 2024. Previously, Lara delivered mindfulness training in Italian schools and contributed monthly articles to Italics Magazine. With a robust academic teaching history, including roles at Durham University and Università degli Studi di Torino, Lara has focused on English for Academic Purposes and course design. Lara holds an MA in TESOL from Sheffield Hallam University and a variety of coaching and language qualifications.
