Nischal Paudyal has the following work experience:

- Software Engineer at Lingotek since June 2021 (current position).

- Undergraduate Lab Teaching Assistant at the University of Mississippi, responsible for teaching and tutoring Java to freshmen and sophomores. Also monitored labs and assisted students with assignments, tests, and exams. This role started in March 2019 and is ongoing.

- Mathematics Tutor at the University of Mississippi, providing instruction on Calculus and other Math concepts to undergraduates. Assisted in building a foundation for advanced calculus. This role started in March 2018 and ended in February 2020.

- Community Desk Assistant - Student Housing at the University of Mississippi, responsible for providing customer service, answering phones, and providing accurate housing information. Assisted with personal and academic concerns of students and facilitated resolution of group conflicts. Also helped organize floor, wing, and hall activities and programs. This role started in January 2018 and ended in August 2019.

- 2019 Hackathon Winner at Vanderbilt University in September 2019.
