Micheal Youssif has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Micheal started their career as a team coordinator and developer at LCPS, where they worked on marketing software and was responsible for creating a drag and drop editor for creating pages and enhancing plugins. Micheal then worked as a senior web developer at Horus Co. before joining Softxpert as a senior software engineer, where they developed and managed a website for fingerprint scheduling and payment.

Micheal also worked as a part-time teacher at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), teaching subjects like PHP7, WordPress, and web services. Micheal later joined Ibtikar Technologies as a senior web developer before taking on another part-time teaching role at ITI, where they taught Agile and unit testing.
