Shannon Thomas has extensive experience in the field of business analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at LingaTech since December 2021, Shannon previously held multiple roles at PHEAA from July 2010 to December 2021, including UAT Analyst, Credit Analyst, and Customer Service Lead. Shannon also began the career as a Customer Service Representative. Educationally, Shannon studied at the University of Phoenix from November 2008 to January 2009.
