Suzana Knez is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as the Group Key Account Manager and previously as the Team Leader Customer Service at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd since October 2008, Suzana has demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments. Prior experience includes roles such as New Connections Team Manager and Call Center Representative at EnergyAustralia from November 1999 to October 2008, as well as a Call Center Representative at Centrecore (Gas & Fuel) from February 1998 to November 1999. Earlier in their career, Suzana worked as a Salon Manager & Hairdresser at Hair Field from April 1991 to February 1998. Suzana holds a Diploma in Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Front Line Management, both from Goulburn Ovens Tafe.
