Miguel Amaral is a Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently employed at LineTen since December 2021. Previously, Miguel served as a Site Reliability Engineer focusing on Developer Experience at Talkdesk from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior roles include System Administrator and Cloud Engineer at Ideal Sumário Lda, where responsibilities included supporting AWS technologies for a distributed advertisement platform, and Full Stack Developer at REPOP, contributing to the launch of a crypto-collectibles application on the Ethereum blockchain. Miguel has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Instituto Superior Técnico, instructing on Distributed Systems and Databases, and co-founded SnapCity, developing back-end services for an Android application. Miguel holds a Master’s Degree in Distributed Systems & Cybersecurity and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering, both from Instituto Superior Técnico.
