Lisa Brooks has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in this field. Lisa started their most recent position as a Human Resources Manager at Lines for Life in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Springdale Job Corps Center from December 2018 to April 2022, where they supported the Job Corps program in teaching eligible young people the necessary skills for employment. Lisa also has experience as an HR Generalist at WestRock Company from October 2018 to December 2018. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Lattice Semiconductor from August 2017 to April 2018, where they were responsible for staffing duties and managing the hiring process. Lisa's previous role was as a Human Resources Manager at Northwest Urology, LLC from August 2016 to April 2017.

Lisa Brooks completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Management from Portland State University, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. Lisa also earned an Associate degree in Business from Portland Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Lisa obtained a LEAN Six Sigma Belt from Portland Community College in July 2014. Lisa also completed a Certified Change Facilitator program in 2013 and earned the Change Acceleration Process CAP certification in May 2013. Additionally, Lisa obtained a Project Management certification in August 2013 and became a Certified Workout Change Facilitator in July 2013.
