Enrique Hilario Montes has worked in a variety of roles since 1983. Enrique began their career at Telef贸nica, where they held roles such as Director of Gesti贸n y Provisi贸n de Red, Director of Gesti贸n y Disponibilidad de Red, Director of Sistemas de Red, Gerente de Sistemas de Provisi贸n de Red, Experto en Implantaci贸n de Sistemas, Titulado en Implantaci贸n de Sistemas and Operador T茅cnico de Transmisi贸n y Radio. In 2019, they began teaching at both the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Information Officer at Lineox, where they are responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of the company's information systems, as well as budget management and process design.

Enrique Hilario Montes received their Grado en Administraci贸n y Direcci贸n de Empresas from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid between 2014 and 2018. Enrique then obtained their Ingeniero Naval from Universidad Polit茅cnica de Madrid in 1988, followed by a Programa Desarrollo Directivos - PDD from IESE Business School in 2002.
