Dan Matthews has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant in Infrastructure & DevOps at Oscar. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a DevOps, Cloud Platforms Consultant at Third Republic. In 2021, they joined Klarna as a Senior Talent Partner for Engineering. In 2021, they also worked at Scede as a Principal Recruiter and later as a Senior Principal Recruiter until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Technical Talent Acquisition at Vectornator by Linearity, where they are responsible for attracting top technical talents.

 Dan Matthews earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Exercise and Science from the University of Greenwich, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
