Samuele Lazzarini has a diverse work experience in the insurance sector. Samuele started their career in 2004 as a senior consultant at GENERALI - INA Assitalia. In 2006, they joined Linear Assicurazioni and initially worked as a Front Office Operator. Over the years, they progressed to different roles such as Team Leader Sales, Responsabile Centrale Operativa, and Head Of Contact Center. Their most recent position at Linear Assicurazioni is Head of Customer Service.

Samuele Lazzarini completed a Master's degree in Customer Management Leaders Masterclass at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Sviluppo e Gestione dei Collaboratori from Unipol Corporate Academy from 2017 to 2018. Samuele also holds a Laurea breve in Scienze Economiche in the field of Economia aziendale/manageriale from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
