Ben Belote is an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager at Lineage Logistics since July 2021, where collaboration with a leadership team is a daily practice. Prior to this role, Ben served as Maintenance Manager at JEGS High Performance, overseeing the maintenance department and managing employee schedules. Ben also contributed as a Baseball Coach at Dempsey Middle School, focusing on athlete development both in sports and life.
