Stephanie Minton began their career in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant to the Controller at AIRGAS Rutland Tool. In 2002, they moved to Emser Tile as an Operations employee. In 2003, Stephanie joined Montrose Travel as a Corporate Sales Manager. In 2007, they became a Field Account Executive at FedEx Kinko's, where they developed an underperforming territory to consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. In 2011, Stephanie moved to Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans as a Project Administrator, Benefits and Participant Services, where they managed critical cross-departmental projects and coordinated business resources and priorities for multiple concurrent projects. In 2013, Stephanie joined Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Consultant.
Stephanie Minton began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended Saint Mary's College of California to study English. In 2012, they returned to school to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed in 2014. Stephanie then continued their studies at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change in 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
