Joanne Forgione is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Retail Merchandising and Inventory at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. since May 2020, Joanne previously held the position of Director of Retail Development & Strategy at Lindt & Sprüngli from 2010 to May 2020, where responsibilities included the development of strategies to enhance sales and profitability, along with new store design and roll-out. Joanne's earlier roles include Vice President of Team Development, Marketing and Advertising, and National Marketing at Sobeys from 2002 to 2009 and Director of Marketing at A&P from 1998 to 2002. Educational qualifications include studies at Humber College and the Schulich School of Business at York University.
