Ismat Minhas has extensive experience in retail sales and customer relations, currently serving as Store Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. since November 2017, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the corporate customer base. Prior to this role, Ismat held the position of Assistant Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli from June 2015 to November 2017, assisting in daily store operations and staff management. Ismat began their career at WMI as a Store Associate and has significant experience in customer relations management from positions at Citigroup and Citibank N. Ismat holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bahria University.
