Shashwini Krishnan is an accomplished Quality Engineer at Lindsay Corporation since June 2022, where Shashwini designed a software and IoT device to address parts shortages and enhance the kitting process. Previously, Shashwini served as a Research Fellow at Boeing, leading defect detection research and developing test equipment and software. Shashwini also demonstrated leadership as President of the Ames Students Association for Malaysians, increasing engagement in club events, and as an IFYE Leader at Iowa State University, guiding international students. Additionally, Shashwini has experience as an Academic Tutor and completed a Quality Assurance Internship at Lindsay Corporation, focusing on manufacturing quality enhancements. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and INTI.
