Roger Courage Matthisen is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and social equity initiatives. As the Founder and Partner of Courage Institute since May 2018, Roger has been instrumental in promoting diversity and inclusion practices. In addition, Roger serves as the Danish voice for Barack Obama's autobiography "A Promised Land" and contributes to TV 2 DANMARK A/S as a panel participant. Roger's role as a board member of the African Chamber of Commerce Scandinavian focuses on fostering business investments between Africa and the Nordic countries. Previous experience includes serving as a Member of Parliament and being the first to propose a comprehensive national anti-racism program. Roger's education spans various fields, including mindfulness, international business communication, and acting, which supports a dynamic career in advocacy, training, and the arts.
