Karoline Hult currently serves as Acting Group Culture and Communications Manager and HR Strategy Specialist at Lindex, where responsibilities include shaping the People function and leading global strategic projects. Previously, at Volvo Trucks, Karoline held roles as People & Organizational Development Specialist and HR Business Partner, enhancing HR processes and supporting senior management to improve employee satisfaction and business performance. Karoline also contributed to AkzoNobel as an HR Business Partner, Talent Resourcing Partner, and HR Partner, focusing on employee matters and talent acquisition. Earlier career experiences include positions at Kwintet Fristad, Eka Chemicals, Academic Work, Försäkringskassan, and INDISKA, building a diverse background in HR and management. Karoline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Working Life Science from the University of Borås.
