David Hinchliffe is a Principal Lawyer working in the private client department in Lancashire. David has worked on a number of notable cases including representing a claimant V. Home Office which arose from a riot at Strangeways prison. He was Trained at Senior, Calveley & Hardy and became Partner at the firm in 1989. David led the Kirkham office from 1990 until its recent merger with Linder Myers in September 2012.
