Diane Felicio is currently a Senior Consultant at Lindauer. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Health Initiative from July 2020 to July 2021.
At The Health Initiative, Diane was responsible for building the organization's infrastructure and ensuring alignment across the organization's strategy, values, goals, and finances. Diane also engaged team members in collaborative deliberations about organizational growth, partnerships, and projects. Diane successfully recruited and supervised a number of teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and Executive Search. Under their leadership, the organization launched a trademark/new logo/organizational identity process with legal and design teams.
Diane has a keen eye for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Diane is known for their ability to develop productive working relationships with members of the board and for building a culture of trust and open communication.
Diane Felicio has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Vermont. Diane also has a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University. In addition, Diane has certification from Sotheby's Institute of Art in Art Business Essentials, certification from Stanford d.School’s Designing for Social Systems (DSS) Program in Design Thinking for the Social Sector, certification from The Program on Negotiation in Creating Value in Deals and Disputes (certification of completion), and certification from Woodbury College; VT Family Court Mediation Program, USPS, SPIDR, others in Mediation - Certifications of Completion (100+ hours in family and workplace mediation).
Diane Felicio reports to Deb Taft, CEO. They are on a team with Marianne Figueiredo - Search Administrator, Jessica Griffith - Senior Search Administrator, and Marlene Mlawski - Senior Consultant.
