Torsten Glidden currently serves as the Residential Technical Lead at Lindahl Reed Inc. since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Energy Resources Analyst for the City of Alameda, and NorCal Demand Response Programs Manager and Senior Technical Manager at Franklin Energy. At Build It Green, Torsten held multiple senior technical and program management positions, focusing on residential incentive and training programs in collaboration with California's Department of Community Services and Development and various investor-owned utilities. Prior to this, Torsten served in various leadership roles at TJ Glidden Company, Inc., extending from President/CEO to Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a certification as a Sustainable Building Advisor.
