Leonardo Vieira has extensive experience in implementation consulting and technical support, with roles spanning from March 2013 to the present. Currently serving as a Consultor de implantação at LINCROS since March 2022, Leonardo focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through Implementation Success Management (ISM) and addressing client issues related to NPS. Prior positions include similar consulting roles at Paytrack Software and Ambev Tech, where responsibilities involved analyzing logistics systems and managing customer service demand. Earlier experience includes support analyst roles at Sances and Linx, where expertise in fiscal systems and fuel management software was developed. Leonardo is currently pursuing a degree in systems analysis and development at IFSC - Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina, enhancing technical knowledge and skills.
