John P. Neal has a comprehensive background in education spanning over three decades. Beginning as an English Teacher at Millard Public Schools from August 1989 to June 1993, John P. Neal later served as Associate Principal at Council Bluffs Community Schools from June 1993 to June 2002. Subsequently, John P. Neal held the position of Principal at Lincoln Public Schools from June 2002 to June 2008. Following this role, John P. Neal transitioned to the Lincoln Public Schools again in July 2008, taking on responsibilities as Assistant to the Superintendent for Governmental Relations and General Administration, as well as Director of Secondary Education/Focus Program Administrator.
