George S.

George S. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. George began their career in the United States Air Force as a Captain, where they were responsible for developing Logistics and Transportation Systems with a Top Secret Security Clearance. After leaving the military, George joined Ford Motor Company as a Systems Analyst and later became a Systems Manager. In 1998, they joined Lincoln Electric as a Manager, Business Systems Development, and was responsible for the development and support of various business solutions. Throughout their time at Lincoln Electric, George held several roles including Senior Manager, Technical Services, Global Director, Program Development, and Global Director, IT Business Solutions. Most recently, they served as the Vice President, IT, Global Welding & Digital Business, where they partnered with global business leaders to advance the digitization of the business and oversee the development, deployment, and support of new technologies. George's work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT, driving process improvement, and managing global IT programs and initiatives.

George S. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Science from Kent State University in the years 1979 to 1983. In 1986, they attended the US Air Force Squadron Officers School, where they focused on Leadership and Management. Later, from 1990 to 1993, George pursued an MBA in International Business at Wayne State University. In 2008, they completed the Executive Development Program in International Business at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Certification from Microsoft.
