Donald Welch has extensive experience in educational administration, currently serving as the Pre-K Coordinator for Lincoln County School District since July 2020. Prior to this role, Donald held multiple positions within the same district from August 1995 to July 2019, including Transportation Coordinator and Principal. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from Gardner-Webb University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
