Tim Dever has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator at Lincoln Construction since April 2016. Prior to this role, Tim Dever worked as a Senior Estimator at EXXCEL Project Management from December 2013 to April 2016, where a strong commitment to quality and client relations was evident throughout their tenure. Tim Dever also held the position of Vice President Estimating at Renier Construction from October 2004 to December 2013. Educationally, Tim Dever earned an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Columbus Technical Institute, where studies spanned from 1985 to 1987.
