Rusty Snow is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, currently serving as a Regional Project Partner at Lincoln Avenue Capital since December 2020, responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and developing affordable housing properties across the Carolinas and the Mountain West. Prior to this role, Rusty held the position of President at Summit Housing Group, Inc., managing day-to-day operations from March 2013 to December 2020. Rusty also served as the Vice President of Business Development at The Benoit Group, LLC, where the focus was on new development and redevelopment initiatives throughout the Southeast. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Development at Ambling Development Partners, LLC, overseeing multifamily and mixed-use projects, and as Regional Asset Manager at Brencor, Inc., managing a residential property portfolio. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Colorado University.
